For more than ten years, based on the orientation of specialization, internationalization and high-end oriented and the management spirit of “tight, strict, fast and honesty”, Millison firstly sets up a provincial technology center in Chongqing, introducing high-end talents and senior experts, and setting up six branches: the powertrain house, body parts house, the microwave components, parts of the base station, the new Institute of Technology, and the machining process. The main products include aluminum alloy die-casting, machining parts and prototypes in car series, communication series and general machine series. Product development, computer simulation, alloy smelting, Die-casting, machining, surface treatment, packaging design and others are involved, which laid the complete organization system from the technical research , development of new products, new technology research and test and so on.
Millison has a professional team which has a strong technical force and rich experience. All the engineers are good at two-dimensional or three-dimensional CAD, five tools of ISO/TS16949 (including APQP，PPAP，FMEA, SPC, MSA).
Thirty percent of employees are able to read specialized English books and can communicate with customers in English through training. R & D center has the Magmasoft (the most advanced die-casting simulation software) and 3D reverse engineering scanner. Besides, it is equipped with several mainstream two-dimensional and three-dimensional legal drawing software, such as, Solidworks, Pro/e, CATIA, CAXA and so on. In the design process, CAD/CAM, sometimes supplemented with CAE, is used to analyze and optimize the die-casting die design and die-casting parameters during the process of design. Furthermore, Millison tries to communicate without gap with all the customers in design data.
In the aspect of patented technology and system development, technology center owns 7 invention patents, 40 utility model patents, and carry out the perfect APQP project management to satisfy the development demands of new products. we use the CAD/CAE software to development, optimize and verify the feasibility of product structure with customers synchronously, conduct the simulation analysis of the automobile suspension system of mode, ultimate force, collision and fatigue of condition, and carry on kinds of brackets and bench test with the national vehicle test center (Xiang yang). With decades of rich experience in die-casting，die-casting simulation analysis can be used in mould project, such as filling, solidification, temperature field , speed, so as to optimize the parameters of die casting process, mould project and so on.
Millison develop new directions by scientific research cooperation. Millison works with Chinese Academy of Science, South China University of Technology, Guangdong Industrial Design Institute, Chongqing Foundry Society and other domestic first-class research institutes to set up R & D engineering centers, numerical simulation laboratory, electronic cooling technology institution and other institutions, developing the technologies of vacuum die-casting, high heat sink die-casting, and inserts automation and integration and so on.
The key technology of Millison is the research and breakthrough on engine cylinder block, cylinder head, automatic transmission, engine casing, and engine attachment bracket in the future. Moreover, it is also one of key technologies that we will research and develop the industrialization of the base station shell cooling system in communication field, magnesium alloy, filter technology and filter cooling technology.
